Welcome to our Frequently Asked Questions. This guide covers shopping, sizing, shipping, and returns so you can order with confidence.

Ordering & Accounts
Do I need an account? No, you can check out as a guest, but creating an account lets you view order history, save addresses, and track faster.
Can I modify my order? We can change sizes, colors, or addresses shortly after purchase. Contact us ASAP; once an order is packed, we can’t make edits.

Sizing & Product Care
Apparel fit: Items list fit notes (relaxed/classic/slim) and detailed measurements. If between sizes, we suggest sizing up for outerwear.
Care: Follow the care tag or product page instructions—generally cold wash, gentle cycle, and low heat dry for apparel; spot-clean bags; wash bedding before first use.

Catalog & Availability
What do you sell? Our store includes clothing for men, women, and kids; travel gear like backpacks and duffle bags; kitchenware (mugs, plates, tumblers, water bottles); bedding (duvet covers, sheets); and bathroom items. Browse via the Product Categories menu on our site. Lamar Huley Artist
Are items restocked? Select favorites return; limited designs may sell out permanently. Join the newsletter for restock alerts.

Shipping
Processing time: 1–2 business days. Delivery: typically 2–5 business days within the U.S. and 7–14 business days internationally, depending on destination and carrier.
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Split shipments: If part of your order ships sooner, you may get more than one package and tracking link.

Returns & Refunds
Window: 14 days from delivery for most items. Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
How to start: Email support with your order number and reason. We’ll send the next steps and return address.
Exchanges: For the fastest turnaround, return for a refund and place a new order in your correct size or color.

Payments & Prices
• We accept major cards and secure digital wallets. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. A currency selector is available for many regions.

Troubleshooting
My tracking hasn’t updated: Carriers can take 24–48 hours to scan new parcels. If there’s no movement for 5 days, contact us.
I received the wrong item: Snap photos of the packing slip and product and contact support within 7 days so we can make it right.
