Track Your Order

We know you’re excited to receive your items, and we make tracking simple. After your purchase, you will receive two emails: an order confirmation and, once dispatched, a shipping confirmation containing your carrier name and live tracking link. Click the link at any time to see the latest scan events and expected delivery date.

Don’t see the email? Check your spam or promotions folder, and add our address to your contacts. If you created an account, you can also log in to view current and past orders with their statuses and tracking numbers.

Tracking Tips
• New scans can take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
• Carriers may mark a package “Delivered” up to 24 hours before final hand-off. Check with neighbors or your building manager and look for a delivery notice.
• If tracking stalls for more than 5 business days, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Address Changes & Holds
Once in transit, carriers generally cannot reroute packages. If you made an address mistake, contact us immediately—if the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to correct it. You may be able to request a hold for pickup with the carrier using your tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and contents and reach out within 7 days of the scan event. We’ll file a claim and work toward a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
