Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy
We aim to deliver quickly and predictably, wherever you are. Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email after purchase and another email with tracking once your order ships. U.S. delivery is generally 2–5 business days after dispatch; international delivery averages 7–14 business days, subject to customs and local carrier timelines.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If an address error causes a return-to-sender, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional postage may apply. We cannot reroute parcels once they are with the carrier.

Split Shipments & Pre-orders
To get items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no extra cost. If you purchase a pre-order item, we’ll ship in-stock items first unless otherwise noted.

International Duties & Taxes
Some countries charge import duties, VAT, or handling fees. These are determined by your local authority and are the customer’s responsibility. Refusing delivery due to fees may result in the order returning to us; original shipping is non-refundable.

Packaging & Sustainability
We select protective packaging that balances durability with reduced waste. Where feasible, we use recyclable or recycled materials and continually test better options.

Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. Most items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition/packaging. To start a return, email support with your order number and reason. Once authorized, you’ll receive instructions and the return address. Unless the return is due to a defect or our error, original shipping is non-refundable and return postage may be deducted or paid by you, depending on your location.

Exchanges
To exchange quickly, return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you need. This prevents stock from selling out while we process.

Damaged/Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If something is wrong, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and the issue so we can investigate and send a replacement or refund.

Refunds
After a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Non-returnable Items
Final-sale goods, gift cards, and personalized items (where applicable) are not eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, certain bathroom textiles may be unopened only—see product page notes.
