Refund Policy
We want you to shop with confidence. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for purchases made at Lamar’s Dynasty Apparel.
Eligibility Window
Most items are eligible for refund within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags where applicable. Please initiate your request within the window by emailing support with your order number and reason for return.
Condition Requirements
Apparel must be unworn and free of odors or marks; bedding must be unwashed; kitchenware and travel goods must include all components and show no signs of use. Please pack returns carefully to prevent damage in transit.
Non-Refundable Items
Final-sale products, gift cards, and personalized or made-to-order items (when noted on a product page) are not eligible. For hygiene reasons, certain bathroom textiles may only be returned if unopened.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error or a verified defect, we’ll cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping when approved in advance. Otherwise, return postage may be deducted from the refund or paid by you depending on location and carrier.
Process & Timeline
Request authorization via email. 2) Receive instructions and ship the item back using a trackable method. 3) After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may require extra time to post the credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll prioritize a replacement or refund after review.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. For the fastest results, place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated time, contact your bank or card issuer first, then reach out to us we’re happy to help track it down.
